Payment policy

Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure the event date. Remaining payment is due 7 days prior to event, some contracts may vary. 

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy provides full refund once cancellation request is made ATLEAST 5 days prior to the reserved date. No refund is granted after that. If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel, please arrange with book@360snap.ca. We reserve the right to cancel booking if any unforeseen circumstances arise. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your cancellation request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
